How does a Pure Velo subscription work? +

When you subscribe, you authorize Pure Velo to automatically charge your selected payment method and ship your order on a recurring schedule (based on the frequency you choose at checkout). Subscription orders are processed automatically and do not require manual confirmation each cycle.

How far in advance do I need to cancel or make changes? +

To cancel, pause, skip, or make any changes to your subscription, you must do so at least 3 business days before your next scheduled renewal date.

This cutoff is required because subscription orders begin processing in advance of shipment.

What happens if I miss the cancellation window? +

If the cancellation or change is made after the 3-business-day cutoff, the upcoming order will still be processed and shipped as scheduled.

You may cancel or pause future orders at any time after that.

Can I cancel an order after it has been processed? +

No, Once a subscription order has been processed, confirmed, or prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

This includes:

  • Address changes
  • Quantity changes
  • Payment reversals

Please make sure any changes are completed before the 3-business-day cutoff.
